Our policy. You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchasing the $6.49 lifetime license. The trial is there so you can test Greypaint on your Mac before buying.
How to ask. Email hello@greypaint.app with the email address used at checkout, your Lemon Squeezy license key, and a short description of what went wrong. Please do not send card numbers or other payment details.
Before a refund. We may first ask for a little information so we can resolve an installation, permissions, or compatibility issue. You can also contact Support with screenshots or update logs.
Processing. Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider. Once a refund is issued, the Greypaint lifetime license may be deactivated.
Exceptions. This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights that apply to you under local law. We may decline requests connected to fraud, abuse, or repeated refund activity.
